Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Level 4

The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Level 4 provides medical 
services and / or
medical consultation within the scope a current WA state license and 
in collaboration with
company physicians and in support of company requirements. This 
includes: providing
services to employees, designated dependents, managers, and company 
organizations, and
interfacing with community health care providers, and suppliers such 
as workers'
compensation administrators; providing clinical evaluation and urgent 
care assessments,
treatments and/or referrals for occupational and non-occupational 
medical conditions;
determining fitness for duty, functional capacity, and medical 
restrictions for employees in
relation to job demands, and providing assessment and consultation on 
accommodation and
placement issues; performing health surveillance examinations and 
determining medical
qualifications for the occupational health examination program and 
international assignments;
providing consultation on health-related issues and policies.

Bachelor's degree and 10 to 14 years' related work experience, or a 
Master's degree and 8 to
12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of 
education and experience.
