believe they can support our Mission by leading our clinicians.

This is a great leadership opportunity for a highly skilled 
enthusiastic individual to lead the
clinician care within 22 clinic sites throughout Western WA. 
Qualified applicants will have
strong creative & strategic thinking abilities, knowledge of global 
trends in nursing
management, recruitment & retention as well as quality improvement 
and demonstrated
knowledge of scope of practice rules & regulations. Exceptional 
directive, interpersonal,
communication, teambuilding, coaching, and motivational skills needed 
to provide leadership
to the ARNP, PAC, & RN staff. Collaborative problem solving & 
planning skills are also needed.
Completion of an accredited NP school, prescriptive authority, & 
current WA State licensure
required.
