thousands of
underserved individuals in Southeastern Wisconsin avoid nursing home 
placement.

As our comprehensive managed care programs continue to expand we need 
to continue
growing our community of caring. We are currently looking for an NP 
or soon to be NP to join
our dedicated team of professionals serving the Racine community.

We offer NPs the unique and satisfying opportunity to practice both 
autonomously in the role
of primary care provider and collaboratively as a member of the 
interdisciplinary team. We
also offer an attractive day shift schedule (30 to 40 hours per week) 
with very minimal on-call,
competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefit package.
