practitioners to provide
preventative and primary care services.

Qualifications: Masters degree in a nursing specialty/ Registered 
Nurse with a valid
Certification of Authority issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing 
required. Salary commensurate
with experience. Benefits include paid time off, medical, life, 
401(k)/Profit Sharing , and CE
allowance.
