Manager of Operations

MinuteClinic is an innovative healthcare company 
that integrates simple, high quality
healthcare solutions into consumers’ lifestyles. 
We are Joint Commission Accredited. We
offer patient education, rapid exams, diagnosis 
and treatment for a number of common family
illnesses in convenient locations where people 
live, work and play. MinuteClinic is rapidly
expanding and we are currently looking for a 
Manager of Operations to oversee our local
clinics and teams.

Essential Accountabilities:
* Hires and recruits for Practitioner and Practitioner Team Lead positions.
* Schedules and supervises team of Nurse Practitioners
* Promote staff development through training and 
support as manager expert for new clinics
* Insure clinical quality by collaborating with a 
local Medical Director and serving as an expert
for clinical guideline questions and issues.
* Represents MinuteClinic to local media and medical and patient communities
* Multi-clinic facility management including 
corporate relations, budgeting and the forecasting
of staffing and infrastructure needs

Requirements:
* Masters of Science Degree in Nursing
* National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
* Two + years as a Family Nurse Practitioner
* Current RN license in applicable state
* Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification
* Previous management experience
* Previous business or retail experience desirable
* Passion for the MinuteClinic concept and vision
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven team builder
* Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
* Competence in analyzing data for decision making
* Effective conflict resolution skills
