MANAGER OF OPERATIONS

MinuteClinic is looking for a Manager of Operations to oversee our 
local clinics and
practitioner teams.

MinuteClinic is an innovative healthcare company that integrates 
simple, high quality
healthcare solutions into consumers' lifestyles. We are Joint 
Commission accredited. We
offer patient education, rapid exams, diagnosis and treatment for a 
number of common family
illnesses in convenient locations where people live, work and play, 
like CVS/pharmacy stores.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Hire and recruit Nurse Practitioner and Team Lead positions
* Schedule and supervise team of Nurse Practitioners
* Promote staff development through training and support as manager 
expert for new clinics
* Ensure clinical quality by collaborating with a local Medical 
Director and serving as an expert
for clinical guideline questions and issues
* Represent MinuteClinic to local media as well as medical and 
patient communities
* Manage multiple clinics including corporate relations, budgeting 
and the forecasting of
staffing and infrastructure needs

Requirements:
* Masters of Science Degree in Nursing
* National Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
* Two or more years as a Family Nurse Practitioner
* Current RN license in applicable state
* Current DEA and BLS or ACLS certification
* Previous management experience
* Previous business or retail experience desirable
* Passion for the MinuteClinic concept and vision
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven team builder
* Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching
* Competence in analyzing data for decision making
* Effective conflict resolution skills
