Nurse Practitioner Opportunities at
Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center

Beautiful Hershey, Pennsylvania and the Penn State Milton S. Hershey 
Medical Center. We
are seeking Nurse Practitioners to join our team. As a Magnet 
organization and part of one
of the country's pre-eminent universities, our 504-bed Level I 
regional trauma center is proud
to be on the leading edge of medical advancement. As Central 
Pennsylvania's only academic
medical center, and home to Penn State Children's Hospital, we are 
looked to as a resource
for the most complex adult and pediatric cases, serving in areas such 
as our Level III-IV
Neonatal ICU, our new Heart and Vascular ICU, and the Penn State 
Cancer Institute. Our
nurse practitioners function as a member of a multidisciplinary 
health care team providing a
wide range of services to a specific patient population.

Nurse practitioners desiring personal and professional growth will be 
able to achieve both as
a member of our health professions team. The following departments 
currently have
openings:

- Family Practice Clinics
- Heart and Vascular Intensive Care Unit
- Hematology/Oncology Professional Services
- Internal Medicine
- Minimally Invasive Surgery
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Pediatrics
- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Pediatric Hematology/Oncology

A Master's Degree in Nursing with two years RN experience, one year 
NP experience, (which
may include a 1-year clinical student practicum), and PA state 
nursing licensure (or eligibility)
required. Certification in the area of specialization is preferred. 
Must have effective consultation
