We're looking for an NP with a management background to join our 
close-knit team in
Cleveland, Ohio. As a Clinical Services Manager, you would lead a 
team of NPs who are
serving long-term care facilities in the area. Though most of your 
time would be spent out in
the field, some of your work can be done from the comfort of your 
home office. Take this

Key responsibilities of this Nurse Practitioner position include:
* Maintaining relationships with nursing home staff and the clinical 
leadership at these
facilities
* Shadowing the NPs and ensuring they are on top of their areas of expertise
* Coaching and mentoring the team
* Acting as liaison between Evercare leadership and the team in the field
* Overseeing staffing and employee relations

The chosen Nurse Practitioner must possess:
* A current and valid Ohio license
* Experience managing other nurses
* Computer proficiency

Preferred assets include:
* Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
* Case management and clinical experience in a range of settings
* A background in Medicare/Medicaid
* Experience working with vendors of durable medical equipment (DME)
