experienced Nurse
Practitioner (NP) in our Knoxville location. This ground-breaking

The Clinical Manager would recruit, hire and supervise a team of NPs 
and ensure quality care
is delivered. Additional responsibilities include:
* Conducting interviews, recruiting, mentoring and assigning work to 
a team of NP's
* Accompanying NP's to facilities to ensure proper care is delivered
* Developing and coaching staff
* Translating business goals into clinical priorities
* Devising strategies to avoid hospital stays
* Managing relationships with facilities, families and medical staff
* Acting as the primary contact when issues arise
* Bringing new facilities into the existing program

The requirements for this role are as follows:
* An NP with a current and unrestricted license in their state of residence
* A background in long-term care
* Substantial management/supervisory experience
* Computer proficiency
* Excellent Communication skills
* Master's degree

Additional assets include:
* Experience working as a NP in a geriatric setting
* A background as a Director of Nursing
* Experience in an acute-care setting
* A background in managed care
* A financial background
