ENSEARCH has a client Physician Group looking to provide NNP coverage 
to one of their
newly acquired facilities, located in beautiful southern California. 
This ideal location is
centrally located to the beaches, snow skiing, hiking as well as 
resort locations such as
Palm Springs, San Diego, Los Angeles and "The OC" (Orange County).

You would be part of a team of NNPs providing coverage to a 30+ bed 
LIII NICU (no hearts)
with a delivery service of approximately 300 births per month.

Planned shifting calls for 24/7 NNP coverage with a mix of 12 and 8 
hour shifts, with shared
night and weekend coverage and two NNPs on duty during day shifts.

Requirements:
* Strong clinical NICU experience in a LIII setting
* NCC Certification (or eligible) as an NNP
* Ability to obtain NP Certification in the State of California
* Experienced NNPs preferred but would consider new grads on a 
case-by-case basis
