NURSE PRACTITIONER (FP and WH) needed for Community Health Centers. Multiple
locations available throughout the state of Arizona. Rural and urban 
opportunities available.
The position is full time with salary and benefits. The health center 
is a Federally funded
outpatient facility that serves the medically underserved 
populations, including those on
Medicare/Medicaid, uninsured and private insurance. These sites are 
eligible to apply for loan
