MOUNT CARMEL - FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner

We currently seek a Family Practice Nurse 
Practitioner to fill a community-based position in
our Health Stations Department. Candidate must be 
a certified Family Practice Nurse
Practitioner. Working knowledge of Microsoft 
word, e-mail and internet search are necessary
skills. This position requires effective verbal 
and written communication skills; effective
interpersonal skills and the ability to develop 
ongoing relationships with patients and other
health team members for the purpose of providing 
primary care and education are required.
