Loveland, CO – Nestled at the foothills of the

Greeley, CO – Situated near the Rocky Mountains, 
residents here enjoy rodeos, galleries,
museums, wide-open prairies, highly acclaimed parks and more.

as well as access to the big-city excitement of nearby Denver.

Torrington, WY – Experience the vast recreational 
opportunities of Wyoming, including many
lakes and the nearby Laramie Peak and Medicine 
Bow National Forest and sit back and
unwind to this location’s natural beauty.

As a Banner Health Nurse Practitioner, you will 
be responsible for assessing patient
examinations, obtaining patients’ medical 
histories, interpreting diagnostic procedures and
developing and implementing treatment and 
management plans of outpatients under the
direction of the medical director or physician. 
Candidates will possess current certification
and licensure with the State Board of Nursing and 
previous experience in a clinic, outpatient
or hospital setting preferred.
