CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST - Critical Care

currently conducting a
search for a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Position is responsible for collaborating with members of the health 
care team to design,
implement and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care 
strategies; and coordinate
critical care nursing orientation and education.

Requirements include MSN, Certificate of Authority, certification 
from ANA or ANCC; advanced
practice nurse licensure in the state of Ohio; experience in 
improving clinical outcomes,
application of evidenced based practice guidelines, interdisciplinary 
collaboration on
serviceline initiatives; and recent adult acute care experience. 
Excellent leadership and
interpersonal skills are essential.
