Requirements:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner TX.
Experience in geriatrics in a community setting (AL/IL or other non-hospital).
Computer proficiency, experience in Medicare and regulatory environment.
Great at building and sustaining relationships.
Enjoys presenting and educating on a variety of wellness/health topics.
