Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Nurse Practitioner needed for an opportunity in low volume ED with a 
small general acute
care hospital. The mid-level provider will also be treating patients 
in the adjacent clinic as well
(general family practice). The annual ED volume is 1600 per year and 
90% are not admitted to
the hospital. Initially, there would be no physician on-site, but 
back-up only so the NP should
feel comfortable managing patients independently. This would be a day 
shift working 3X12s
(flexible on schedule) . Compensation would be $50-$55 per hour plus 
full benefits including
medical, dental, 401K, 3 weeks vacation, 1 week paid CME at $2,500.
