Nurse Practitioner ICVR

At Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland Oregon, we know that nursing
professionals make a difference every day. Providence Portland is a 
483-bed magnet facility
that is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for their Interventional Cardiac 
Recovery Unit. The
Interventional Cardiovascular Recovery Nurse Practitioner (ICVR NP) 
is a registered nurse
with advanced practice education, clinical competency and specialized 
skills and knowledge
related to the unique setting, which encompasses pre and post cardiac 
catheterization
patients. The ICVR NP works collaboratively with the 
interprofessional team to assess, treat
and evaluate patient care within defined scope of practice. The 
selected candidate will have
an RN, Masters in Nursing and be board certified in Oregon as a Nurse 
Practitioner. Current
prescriptive privileges with the state of Oregon, with DEA 
certificate. Within the previous 3
years, have a minimum of 1500 hours of practice following completion 
of initial Nurse
Practitioner program. Experience in a similar position and specialty 
is preferred.
