A community-oriented healthcare system seeks a full time Family Nurse 
Practitioner to care
for our community members. The Nurse Practitioner would be 
responsible for the day to day
care and coordination of care for family practice patients at the 
Rushford Clinic in Rushford,
Minnesota.

Specific Responsibilities include:
* Provide preventive care, health education
* Treat Chronic and acute illness
* Perform minor surgeries/procedures
* Initiate appropriate treatment (subject to consultation with 
collaborating MD at providers
discretion)
* Assist with development and implementation of treatment protocols 
for primary care
patients
* Authorize referrals
* Nursing home rounds approximately 2 half days per month

Candidate would join a progressive team of providers who are
