As a Nurse Practitioner for our house calls division, you will:
* Provide a wide range of primary care services to geriatric patients 
in the home or senior
living setting.
* Focus primarily on patient assessment, treatment, quality care, 
teaching of patents and
care givers, and performance of skilled procedures.
* Deliver care based on Standards of Practice for the particular 
state of practice and must be
in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
* Must be a Registered Nurse Practitioner in state(s) of practice. 
Must possess a valid license
in the state of practice.
* A minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse Practitioner 
is required.
* Previous experience in geriatric or adult primary care medicine is required.
* Experience in the home care or community health setting is desired.
* Possess the ability to transfer, maneuver, and lift incapacitated 
clients in the home setting.
