Wellness Clinic – ARNP - FT

Oak Hammock is a resort-style "retirement" 
community focused on lifelong learning, fitness
and health. Under the auspices of the Wellness 
Clinic and SNF, the ARNP’s responsibilities
will include: diagnosing and treating common 
illnesses and injuries, overseeing medications,
promoting healthy lifestyles and disease 
prevention, and providing acute intervention and
case management services in conjunction with the 
attending physician. Candidate must hold
a current Florida ARNP license. A min. of 5 yrs 
nursing and mgmt/supv exp. required; evidence
of continuing education in area of the nursing 
process, nursing mgmt and geriatrics.
