NOW HIRING: Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Employee Health
* Full-time, Exempt, Day Shift
* Salary Range is $36.90 to $55.36
* Relocation Assistance

This position provides diagnostic and treatment 
options for employees and clinical support
for on-the-job injured employees while also 
functioning in the indirect role of consultant and
educator with other health care providers in the 
Providence Health Care System.

Requirements:
* Master’s degree in Advanced Practice Nursing.
* Five years’ experience as a clinical Nurse Practitioner preferred.
* Advanced Nurse Practitioner with certification 
in Adult, Family or Acute Care required or
certification eligible.
* Prescriptive authority for legend and 
controlled substances (2-5 years’) required or eligible.
* State of Alaska license as an Advanced Nurse 
Practitioner required or certification eligible.
(All certifications and licenses must be current within two months of hire.)
