Nurse Practioner - Primary Care

This position provides primary care services in 
the clinic and long term care setting.

Responsible for providing primary care services 
in collaboration with Owatonna Clinic
physicians, including assessing and managing 
patients, preventing illness and maintaining
competency within all the following areas, as 
well as having one of those areas as the
primary scope of practice; Internal Medicine 
Urgent patients and Nursing Home patients.

The incumbent will have a close working 
relationship with the Internal Medicine, Family
Medicine and Urgent Care Departments. Other 
interactions are determined by the needs of
the provider to maintain his/her scope of practice.

Status: Full time
Days evenings and weekends
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and 
approved Nurse Practioner program and
current RN license with ANA certification.

Experience in a medical clinic or hospital with 3 
– 5 years experience required.
