company is seeking an experienced midlevel for 
its growing interventional pain management
outpatient practices in Milwaukee and Madison. 
Duties include performing health
assessments, medical histories and physical 
examinations; preparing physician orders,
seeing follow-up patients independently; 
requesting/evaluating diagnostic tests; prescribing
medications; providing patient education and 
instruction per supervising physician. We offer
