Nurse Practitioner
Pediatric Rheumatology/ Pain / Program Coordinator

While working with patients in the outpatient Pain clinic(s) and Day 
Hospital program, you will
be responsible for triaging patient phone calls; obtaining an 
accurate history from a patient;
coordinating care of patients with multiple doctors or patients on 
multiple medications;
prescription renewals or changes; and the education of nursing staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Requires an RN license, NP license/certificates and 
graduation from
an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree in 
Nursing. A minimum of
2 years pediatric nursing experience preferred. Advanced physical and 
psychosocial
assessment skills for patients and families across all developmental 
levels essential.
