$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Missouri Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner needed for clinic setting. Two 
psychiatrists currently cover the
clinic on-site 2 days per week, and the clinic needs more psychiatric 
medication services, as
patient waiting time for a first 1st appt is 3 months out due to the 
growth of the service.The
clinic has a full time Family ANP, and another ANP-Psychiatry that 
sees patients at their other
clinic, but goes out to nursing homes. The position will be 
overseen/collaborated by their
Medical Director. It is a medication clinic position--15 min 
medication checks; and they prefer
that the physician sees the patient for the first visit and the NP 
does the follow ups. The
schedule is usually 18-20 patients per day, and there is a bonus 
model for higher productivity
based upon MGMA data. The base salary range is 75-80K+ D.O.E. and 
full medical, dental
