Nurse Practitioner/Bariatric Surgery Coordinator

Bariatric Medicine
-Full Time - 40 hours per week / 8:00 - 4:30
-First Shift Days
Assists the Director, Bariatric Surgery in coordinating the Bariatric 
Surgery program in
compliance with the requirements of the American College of Surgeons 
Bariatric Surgery
Center Network. Acts as the care coordinator for selected patients 
and families. The focus of
the practice will be on adults with obesity with an occasional focus 
on adults with eating
disorders. The Nurse Practioner will be involved largely in the 
assessment and management
of the patient including outpatient care, inpatient stay, and 
continuing care needs. Functions
as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
