QUALIFICATIONS
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current 
registration as a registered
nurse.
* Graduate of an accredited Master's Degree in Family NP.
* Possess national certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
* Possess a current, valid and unrestricted license to practice as a 
NP in at least one state in
the United States.
* Comply with the CEU requirements of the State where they hold a 
license to practice as a NP
as well as Army CEU requirements.
* Continuously employed as a family nurse practitioner rendering 
family nurse practitioner
services for the two years prior to the commencement of services 
under this contract.
* Must hold a current and valid BCLS certification.
* Must have a current PPD.
