Evergreen Healthcare located in Kirkland, Washington, 12 miles from 
Seattle, has a Cardiac
Enhancement Center created for patients diagnosed with heart failure. 
Patients are referred
to the center by their cardiologist or primary care provider and are 
treated by a team of two
independent Cardiology Nurse Practitioners.

We are seeking a part-time (20 hours a week) ARNP to partner with our 
existing Nurse
Practitioner - Clinical Director to provide skilled, innovative, 
passionate, patient-family-centered
care that is dedicated to management of heart failure throughout the 
continuum. This is a
great opportunity to join one of the few nurse-practitioner run heart 
failure clinics in the State of
Washington.

Successful candidates will have a passion for cardiology; experience 
working with complex
heart failure patients; the ability to assess, diagnose, and provide 
treatment to patients with
cardiovascular conditions, independently or collaboratively with 
Clinical or Medical Director;
be skilled at psycho-social intervention and aggressive patient 
intervention. No call required.

Job requirements:
* Current State of Washington professional nursing license; current 
State of Washington
ARNP license.
* Extensive background in cardiovascular nursing including critical 
care. Minimum of 2 years
outpatient cardiology.
* ACLS certification required.
* CPR Healthcare Provider certification required.
