specialty teams include

assistants and clinical and
administrative support staff.

We currently seek a Nurse Practitioner to practice in a Hampstead, NH 
location. Functioning
as the sole practitioner in this small office setting, the Nurse 
Practitioner will:
* Provide primary care services to patients
* Assess patient health and order appropriate lab and diagnostic procedures
* Interpret and integrate data to determine preliminary diagnosis and 
therapeutic plan.
* Instruct patient regarding medications and treatments.
* Collaborate with supervising physician in managing acute and 
long-term medical needs of
patients.
* Provide monitoring and continuity of care between patient visits.
* Triage patient telephone calls and provide consultation.

Candidate should have a current NH license as a Nurse Practitioner. 
Must have a minimum
of 2 years of clinical experience in family practice or internal 
medicine. Must have proven skills
and knowledge base necessary for independent clinical decision 
making. Must have excellent
organizational kills and must have the ability to communicate 
effectively orally and in writing.
Must have strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
