Mercy Medical Center is celebrating our 100th Anniversary this year 
as Stark County's only
Faith based hospital and we are looking to find a full time Neonatal 
Nurse Practitioner to
work in our level 2 NICU Neonatology rotation. Qualifications include 
graduate of an
accredited school of nursing; Masters degree in nursing; Licensed in 
the state of Ohio as an
R.N and Nurse Practitioner. Current certificate of prescriptive 
authority required. One to three
years experience required as a Nurse Practitioner. Patient assessment 
skills, leadership
skills required. Lifting/carrying of items up to no more than 25 lbs. 
Positions, lifts, and/or
transfers patients. Other physical requirements and job duties as 
delineated in the position
description.

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner works under the direct supervision of 
the attending
neonatologist delivering medical care to neonates. Responsible for 
assessment, planning,
coordination of care, discharge planning, nursing care delivery, 
evaluation and
documentation of care. Works collaboratively within an 
interdisciplinary health care team.
Acts as resource person for staff for specialty areas.

Salary is commensurate with experience. On site child care and
