We have two Family Nurse Practioner positions open- one at our Lake 
of the Ozarks Clinic
and one at our new Creek Trail Clinic located in Jefferson City. You 
will provide care under a
collaborative practice agreement with a SMHC employed physician in an 
ambulatory care
setting. May be asked to provide services at additional locations 
within the Physician Service
sites within the scope of practice for a Family Nurse Practitioner.
