Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for Family 
Practice Opportunity in the
Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This provider would rotate between two 
clinics. Standard Clinic
hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm and occasional weekends. Competitive 
Compensation
package 70-80K + D.O.E. including, medical, dental, 401K and 
relocation assistance. This
clinic site qualifies for Federal Loan Repayment with the NHSC -Score of 15!
