Job Summary: Manager will be responsible for the 
total service operations, service delivery,
budget management and personnel development 
within Cardiology & Nuclear departments.
Manager will supervise and act as the liaison 
between the Nursing department of Union
Hospital and Nursing in the Cardiology and 
Imaging departments to maintain quality patient
care and efficient hospital nursing operations at 
all levels. Provide direct care to patients as
needed.. Manager will ensure compliance to all 
applicable quality and regulatory
requirements. Achieves and maintains a high state 
of technical and professional skills and
knowledge for the success of the departments.

Education: Minimum diploma from an accredited 
School of Nursing, Bachelors in Business
Administration or related field.

Licenses: Maryland Nursing Practitioners License required.

Experience: Minimum five years experience in a 
hospital or related environment. 2 years of
previous managerial experience desired
