Colorado, clients have treatment options including 3 private 
treatment rooms with Gullman
lifts, outpatient PT and OT, home health services, as well as the 
largest warm therapy pool
in Northeast Colorado. Medical Director and case management are 
available resources.

available for a caring,
compassionate and skilled nurse practitioner. Rehabilitation
