Nurse Practitioner - Employee Health
Per Diem

In this role, you will perform medical evaluations and consultations 
to all new employees. You
will also evaluate and treat employees injured at work.

Requires current CA nurse practitioner license and possession of 
current CA nurse
practitioner-furnishing number. You must also have prior experience 
working as a nurse
practitioner and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of CA 
workers' compensation
law, CA-OSHA, modified work programs, and Americans with Disability 
Act is preferred.
