$5,000 Sign-On Bonus - Nurse Practitioner-Bariatrics - Eastern KY!

Nurse Practitioner needed for a hospital based bariatric program in 
Eastern Kentucky. The
Nurse Practitioner will function as a Bariatric Program Coordinator 
and provide professional
leadership and specialized care to the Bariatric patient population. 
The goal is to optimize
patient outcomes, and to improve the quality of life to the morbidly 
obese through clinical and
education expertise. The Bariatric Program Coordinator is responsible 
for assessing,
planning, directing, implementing, coordination and evaluating the 
effectiveness of the day to
day operations of the Bariatric Program in accordance with facility 
policies, philosophy
objectives and standards. Must be a Graduate of an accredited school 
of nursing with
Master's Degree, Certification as Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult 
Registered Nurse
Practitioner, or graduate of an accredited school for Physician 
Assistant, Certification
required. Must be available to attend continuing education programs 
to maintain licensure.
Experience as a Bariatric Surgery Coordinator preferred. Have 
knowledgeable in Coding and
Billing practices. Generous compensation package 85-95K+ D.O.E. and 
full benefits including
medical, dental, and 401K. Full relocation package and sign-on bonus 
of $5,000 for a one
