Excellent Opportunity for a Family Nurse Practitioner in an 
out-patient clinic setting in Northern
Arizona. The NP will work in two clinics (close together 
approximately 20 minutes away) 3
days a week in one clinic and 2 days per week in the other. They are 
both located in small
rural towns off of the major interstate. This is a Community based 
clinic serving the outpatient
primary care needs of all patients. The responsibilities include 
primary care, maternal-child
health diabetic management, behavioral health and pain management. 
Excellent support
staff in both clinics with an average patient volume of 25 per day. 
There are also rotating
physicians, dentists and behavioral health counselors that are from 
the main campus. Base
Salary of 80-90K D.O.E. and full benefits including medical, dental, 
401K and malpractice
coverage. These sites qualify for Loan Repayment under the NHSC!
