Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

North Shore Medical Clinic a division of Door County Memorial 
Hospital is seeking several
full-time Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.

Openings in the following areas:
Algoma Clinic
Fish Creek Clinic
Occupational Health (opening soon)
Orthopedics at the Sturgeon Bay Clinic (experience preferred)

You would be a part of a 26 primary care clinic which includes 
Internal Medicine, Family
Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Rheumatology, Orthopedic 
Surgery, and Sports
Medicine.

Door County Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access facility, has 
served the health care
needs of the Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin area since 1943. The hospital 
offers a full range of
services and specialties, including a skilled nursing facility for 
long-term care and
rehabilitation services. Key services include cardiac rehabilitation; 
cancer treatment;
diagnostic imaging, physical and occupational therapy; respiratory 
care and rehabilitation;
surgical/outpatient services; emergency/urgent care services; 
long-term care through a
skilled nursing facility; and birthing center.
