following Health Care professionals to join our team:

Nurse Practitioner: Full Time and PRN

Qualifications: Current licensure, and/or 
applicable certification, and a min. of 3 yrs.
experience.

Clinic hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm
