Nurse Practitioner needed for an out-patient family practice clinic. 
Standard hours are Mon-Fri
8:30am 5:00pm Mon-Fri. The provider will also work one half day 
Saturday per month.
Estimated clinic volume is 20 patients per day and there is a 
physician on-site during clinic
hours. Salary from 70-75K D.O.E. plus an incentive bonus. Sign-on 
bonus of $3,000 and a
$5,000 relocation package. This site qualifies for Federal Loan 
Repayment 2009 funding.
