We are seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Family 
Medicine that will be willing
to float between our Family Practice clinics in Nashua, Concord and 
Manchester, NH. Position
will be based out of Manchester, NH. Will consider an experienced 
provider with Family
Medicine experience or a strong new graduate.

Qualifications:
Physician Assistant: Must be a graduate of an accredited Physician 
Assistant program.
NCCPA certification and current PA license in the State of New 
Hampshire required. Previous
experience in Internal or Family Medicine preferred.

Nurse Practitioner: Must be a graduate of an accredited ARNP program. 
Board certification,
current ARNP license in the State of New Hampshire and DEA 
registration required. Previous
experience in Internal or Family Medicine preferred.
