Family Nurse Practitioner - Eastern Kansas (Experienced Providers Only)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner interested in working in a 
traditional family
practice clinic setting affiliated with a critical access hospital. 
The provider would be working
4X10 hour shifts (Mon-Thurs) and would be responsible for ED call 
responsibilities (Triage)
during clinic hours as well. The provider must be able to work 
autonomously in the clinic
setting as well with a physician available via phone. Salary range of 
$80-120K D.O.E. and full
benefits including 4 weeks of PTO, CME with CME allowance of $1,500. 
Full relocation
package and negotiable sign-on bonus. This site may qualify for loan
