OB/GYN FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER

Bayne-Jones Community Hospital, Fort Polk – 
Opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner at the
Community Hospital serving military members and their families.

The Family Nurse Practitioner should have 
graduated from an accredited program and
maintained a current certification/license as a 
FNP. BLS certification is required, and ACLS is
encouraged. Must have at least 5 years of nursing 
experience of which at least 2 years are in
the field of OB/GYN.

Malpractice insurance is provided by the
