Family Nurse Practitioner-Central Kentucky (Greater Louisville, KY Area)

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an out-patient family 
practice clinic in Central
Kentucky. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm with no weekends 
or call responsibilities.
The estimated patient volume would be 25 per day and there is a 
physician on-site at the clinic.
Generous compensation package 80-85K+ D.O.E. and an incentive bonus 
based on RVUs.
There would also be a rich benefits package including medical, 
dental, 401K with 8% match, 23
PTO days and 7 holidays. One week paid CME with a CME allowance and a 
$3,000 relocation
package. This position qualifies for loan repayment through the NHSC.
