NNP LEADERSHIP POSITION!!! A PRIVATE HOSPITAL with a large, highly 
acute Level II/III NICU
and the largest delivery service in the city needs a NNP COORDINATOR TO PROVIDE
LEADERSHIP for the NNP team. The NNPs provide patient management, 
attendance at high
risk deliveries and air and ground transport. The Coordinator 
position will be a day position that
will be almost entirely administrative with some call responsibility 
if necessary. The NICU
Director envisions this as a high profile position-she wants the NNP 
team to have an exciting,
innovative leader who will investigate new protocols, trouble shoot 
issues; serve as a liaison
between the NNPs and physicians, and facilitate educational events 
where NNPs and
Neonatologists will hold discussions. MSN candidates with experience 
only. Salary will be
based upon experience. ALSO NEEDED, DUE TO EXPANSION, ARE ADDITIONAL NNPS FOR
THE TEAM. WILL TRAIN NEW GRADUATES!! NNP positions are mainly day 
positions as well.
