established clients at least once a month in rotating facilities. The 
physician works side by
side with the NP sharing patients and concerns in a successful 
collaborative model. This is
a rapidly growing, fun, friendly practice looking for a provider who 
enjoys the elderly, and can
provide exceptional customer service. Salary range $80-$90K range 
with production
possibility and standard IRA, profit sharing, health insurance.
