Trauma Practitioner, Registered Nurse:
* Delivers advanced care to patients who are acutely and critically 
ill in a variety of settings
across the acute care continuum.
* Evaluates and provides needed services for the patients.
* Collaborates with appropriate members of the health care team to:
- evaluate and provide needed services for the patient,
- ensure coordination of patient care along the health care continuum,
- ensure the patient outcomes are achieved, and
- ensure the variances from established parameters are evaluated and 
addressed.

Skills / Requirements:
* Must have MSN, ARNP or Physicians Assistant.
* Must have current Florida RN/ARNP/PA license.
* Must have 5-10 yrs recent experience in ICU or ED practice within 
designated trauma center.
* Must have effective Communication skills, strong Critical Thinking 
skills, ability to coordinate
efforts across the organization, strong clinical skills and excellent 
Customer  Service
skills.
