Residential Home Health, headquartered in Madison 
Heights, Michigan is an industry leader in
Home Health. We are currently looking for Nurse 
Practitioners specializing in the following areas.

1. Cardiac Program Manager: Someone to expand on 
our current protocols. This could also be
an RN Cardiac Specialist.
2. Geriatric Nurse Practitioner: Specializing in 
Diabetes, COPD and other Respiratory conditions.

collaboration between disciplines of care.

easy anti-coagulant dosing in the home.
* PTs and OTs are equipped with SOLARIS X-3 Light 
Therapy devices to deliver safe, effective
treatment for peripheral neuropathy and pain.
* Speech Therapists have access to the latest 
speech generating device technology and are
equipped with treatment tools such as VitalStim®.

Must have appropriate licensure in the state of 
Michigan as well as experience in the desired
competencies.
