Karmanos Cancer Center is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or 
physician's assistant to
support ambulatory operations for its suburban cancer treatment 
center in Farmington Hills.
Karmanos patients who visit the Weisberg Cancer Treatment Center 
receive world-class care
within a comfortable, non-clinical healing environment. The facility 
boasts a ski lodge-type
atmosphere, which energizes the spirit with its pinewood interior and 
fireplace, calming art work,
soothing sounds of its waterfall and uplifting views of its meditation garden.

Patients at the Weisberg Cancer Treatment Center have access to:
* Advanced radiation therapy services
* Innovative chemotherapy services
* Breast and GI genetics counseling
* Digital screening mammography
* Support groups
* Diagnostic mammography
* Diagnostic breast ultrasound
* Diagnostic CT

Job Requirements
The preferred candidate must be licensed as a physician assistant by 
the State of Michigan
OR must possess a State of Michigan Nurse Specialty Certification as 
a Nurse Practitioner.
Karmanos also requires the candidate have a current controlled 
substance license and one
year of experience as a physician extender. Oncology experience is 
highly preferred.
