Clinical Call Center Family Nurse Practitioner
Full-time, Day Shift (Monday – Friday) – Job #MD.0900661
Full-time, Night Shift (Sunday – Thursday) – Job #MD.0900663

In this role, you will provide an advanced scope 
of nursing practice for telephonic patient care in
collaboration with physicians, ECM/on-call 
physicians, the HCT, and pharmacists. You will be
responsible for assessing clinical, emotional, 
and educational health needs of patients via
telephone triage; coordinating care across the 
health care continuum; and handling difficult and
problematic work situations. Other duties include 
participating in nursing and support staff
orientations; developing and implementing 
training tools for all Call Center staff; and serving as
a member of the clinical call center protocol 
team ensuring compliance with professional
standards. You will also maintain clinical 
competence via education, perform duties of an advice
nurse in critical situations, and perform other related duties as directed.

Requirements include:
* A graduate from an NLN accredited nurse practitioner program
* A master’s degree in nursing
* Current RN license
* Certification and licensure as a family nurse practitioner
* Board certified by ANCC
* Two years of relevant experience in a 
professional family nurse practitioner role
